Evaluate your specific wants and needs and then search for properties

Personally preview each property before the showing to ensure that they fit your guidelines and that these properties are what they say they are.

Set up appointments of 5-6 properties for you to preview or, if you prefer, Rob and Sandy can set up a driving tour of properties for you to "drive by" before actually going inside any home. This way you can select those properties you would like to inspect further.

Show you only those properties in the price range you feel most comfortable.

Prepare the Purchase & Sale Agreement (The Offer).

Present The Offer to the Seller and their Listing Agent.

Negotiate on your behalf should your offer be countered by the Seller, to terms acceptable to you.

Obtain all necessary disclosure statements for you to review and approve.

Provide names of qualified people for inspections, repair estimates if necessary etc.

Keep you informed of all deadlines up to closing.
